Frances Return Policy
Frances takes great pride in providing the best customer service and quality merchandise we can find, and it is always important to us that you are happy with your Frances purchases.
Frances guarantees manufacturer defects but does not guarantee ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or care.
Please return all items within our 30-day return policy period for a full refund, exchange or store credit with original order paperwork or receipt. All items must have original tags, packaging and be in original condition.
If you received a Frances gift in the mail and would like to exchange or return, we are happy to issue you a store gift card or assist you with finding the perfect replacement.
Online orders may be returned in store within our 30-day return policy period with original paperwork, packaging and our return form included with the merchandise. We do not offer cash refunds on online orders and shipping costs are non-refundable. Online returns may take up to 5 business days to process and you will receive an email confirmation when any refunds are issued.

We are not responsible for lost packages and we cannot issue a refund if your package is lost or damaged - please take this issues up with the carrier. Returns made via mail will be processed within 5 business days of receipt by Frances and you will receive an email confirmation when any refunds are issued.
Any online order cancellations must be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org right away with the subject line: ORDER CANCELLATION. Because we do our best to ship quickly, we cannot always accommodate cancellation requests.
Sale merchandise and beauty products are final sale. Returns on these items will not be accepted.
